Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, please contact us through the contact form. Do not send items back before receiving approval. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging—and must include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
